HOW IT WORKS

A. For a Service Provider:

  1. Profile Settings

a. Start by clicking ‘Sign up’ to Register. After registering, you are good to go but it advisable that you update your profile.

b. After registration, you will be redirected to the provider’s dashboard. On you your dashboard/your page, you are expected to complete the following process;

i. Upload Image: In upload an image, it is advised that the provider uploads an image that depicts the service he or she offers. Office or Workshop picture, a working picture, a picture of your products, etc.
ii. About Me: Here, the provider is expected to provide all the necessary information. (This information is requested at the providers sign up page, if you want to make changes, you are free to make the changes here.)
iii. Tagline: Be creative about your tagline message that will captive the users once they visit your page.
iv. Biography: Write a bio about your services or products you offer. Describe your service to your audience.
v. Contact Details: As a provider, your contact information is important. Ensure that you provide accessible information. Use of fake information is prohibited.
vi. Radius for Service Area: Chose your area of coverage. It is advised you chose the maximum area coverage to cover more customers.
vii. Service to Perform At: Select both if you offer both services at your location or customer location.
viii. Social Media: Upload all your social media handles. Ignore those you don’t have unless you want to create one.
ix. Password Update: Update if you wish to change your password.
x. Category: Our Trial Package allows you to select more than one category. Please, be informed that at the expiration of the Trial Package, your package will revert to basic.
xi. Amenities: Select the amenities available at your place of work.
xii. Language: You are allowed to select a language you can be able to communicate with your customer.
xiii. Cover Image: You can upload a cover image your customers can see when they visit your page. The image cover should be 1200 x 1900 px.
xiv. Gallery Images: You can upload as many pictures as possible depicting your services.
xv. Attachment: Optional
xvi. Video: we only accept videos from YouTube or Vimeo Url.

Please click on ‘SUBMIT INFORMATION’ to save your work at any time you are done with one task.

  1. Identity Check

You are required to verify your identity. Upload your identity and await approval from the admin. It is advised the providers have a verified profile for customers’ trust.

  1. Booking Settings

A provider is advised to set his/her booking request as it suits him or her.

  1. Business Hour

A provider can select the business hour of operation.

  1. Branches

Add as many branches as possible. Your main branch remains when your profile returns to basic.

  1. Regions

Add your regions of coverage.

  1. My Services

This is a very important section. A provider is allowed to list the number of services offered. 

  1. Team Members

If you work as a team, you may choose to add your team members

  1. Upgrade Account:

Account Upgrade is required to continue enjoying the features available. You are advised to upgrade your account at the expiration of

B. Service User/Customer

  1. Profile Settings

i. Upload Image: In upload an image, it is advised that the provider uploads an image that depicts the service he or she offers. It can be your office picture, a picture where you are at work, a picture of your products, etc.
ii. About Me: Change your username, First Name, and Last Name, if they are different from what you filled in during registration.
iii. Contact Details: As a service user/customer, your contact information is important. Ensure that you provide accessible information. Use of fake information is prohibited.
iv. Password Update: Update if you wish to change your password.

Please click on ‘SUBMIT INFORMATION’ to save your work at any time you are done with one task.

  1. Wallet:

As a service user/customer, you can deposit and save money in your wallet for payment of services provided to you.

  1. Post a Job:

A service user/customer can post or advertise the nature of the service or services he or she is looking for. Interested providers will contact you.

Note: As a Service User/Customer, it is recommended that you register on the website because only then can you place a comment for the service provider services.
